Starting in late 2025, Accelerate Together brought together Transport, industry and NSW government agencies for a series of workshops to develop a program of systemic reforms to accelerate our infrastructure projects. The workshops have identified practical ways to accelerate the development and delivery phases and we have begun applying these outcomes to projects. This panel will explore what has been achieved to date.

Know before you go
Getting to the ICC
The ICC is conveniently located in Darling Harbour and there are plenty of options to get there. For public transport options, check the Transport Trip Planner:
Ferry: Ferries run regularly from Circular Quay to Barangaroo Wharf or Pyrmont Bay Wharf. ICC is only a short walk from the wharves.
Bus: ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney
Train: Town Hall and Central Stations are a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney
Taxi & Uber: The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up location is Iron Wharf Place accessed via Darling Drive.
Parking: ICC has two car park facilities. Car Park 1 is the closest to the Convention Centre. Parking is $50 for 4+ hours. Additionally, there are secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour

Workshops
If you are registered to attend one of our invitation-only workshops, please make sure you have checked the data room for your required pre-reading. This will help you to get the most out of these workshop sessions. If you’re having trouble accessing your data room, please reach out to the Industry Development team
Cloaking
ICC has a centralised cloak room, conveniently located on the ground floor. You can use this facility free of charge for any coats or luggage you would like to store for the day. You are responsible for anything you leave for cloaking.
Catering
We will be providing catering at all breaks, including a buffet lunch in the Pyrmont Foyer.
If you have already advised us of any special dietary requirements, there will be a separate station for your breaks. The ICC staff can direct you.
Venue accessibility
ICC Sydney is a purpose-built accessible venue.
ICC staff can direct guests needing assistance to access Level 2 via the lifts.
Infra-red emitted hearing augmentation systems are provided in all meeting rooms and the Pyrmont Theatre. ICC Sydney is registered with the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program, a globally recognised symbol for hidden or non-obvious disabilities.

Trade fair
The Trade Fair area will be open from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm in the Pyrmont Theatre Foyer
Make sure to spend time with our project subject matter experts who can answer your project specific questions.
We’re also fortunate enough to have representatives from a number of local councils from across NSW participating in the event.
Photography
Transport for NSW will be filming and taking photographs during InMotion 2026. By attending the event, you hereby consent to all such filming. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please advise event staff on the day.
