Josh Murray, Secretary, Transport for NSW
An update on the NSW Government's priorities.
Starting in late 2025, Accelerate Together brought together Transport, industry and NSW government agencies for a series of workshops to develop a program of systemic reforms to accelerate our infrastructure projects. The workshops have identified practical ways to accelerate the development and delivery phases and we have begun applying these outcomes to projects. This panel will explore what has been achieved to date.

Priority workshops
We are holding two invite-only workshops that will run following the morning plenary session. If you have not been invited to a workshop but would like to take part, you can register your interest using the form below. You must be registered to attend InMotion for your request to participate in the workshop to be considered.
The workshop will build on feedback from last year, which explores strategies to strengthen local manufacturing in the transport sector, by assessing progress and identifying next steps to deliver practical outcomes.
The Maintenance and Minor Projects workshop will focus on understanding industry needs and any barriers to their ability to engage and bid for maintenance or minor project opportunities.
